    (A) DELIVERY POLICY

    1. It is the buyers’ responsibility to ensure that their full address including street names and postcode are accurate.
    2. P.O. Box addresses WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
    3. If recipients/ buyers are not at home to receive their purchased order, they may contact the courier service within a stipulated timeframe for next delivery or pick up.
    4. If the ordered products are not collected within the stipulated time, the ordered products will be returned to the seller (i.e. Kenzuqi). Buyers can contact our Customer Service at  012-363 7723 to make further arrangements.
    5. We only use standard packaging materials for all orders.
    6. We deliver each order to one delivery address. If the buyers require to send items to two or more different addresses, the buyers should place a separate order for each address.
    7. A Consignment Reference/ Order Tracking Reference Code will be sent to buyers once the items ordered are packed and ready for shipment/ delivery.

    (B) DELIVERY LEAD TIME

    1. Confirmed orders will be processed within the next working dayEXCLUDING Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.
    2. All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated courier service provider from Monday to FridayEXCLUDING Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

    3. During peak online sales and promotional periods, orders and deliveries may take longer than the estimated delivery time frame as stipulated above.
    4. For festive seasons and promotional periods, buyers are advised to place order in advanced in order to receive the order within the estimated delivery time frame. Please allow a buffer delivery time frame of 7 to 14 working days in addition to the regular delivery lead time.

    (C) SHIPPING FEE POLICY

    1. All buyers who sign up for a shopper’s account at https://www.kenzuqi.com.my/ are entitled for free shipping privileges for delivery destination within Malaysia (i.e. Peninsular & East Malaysia).
    2. The “SHIPPING FEE POLICY” is subject to changes by the Management of Kenzuqi. Should there be any changes made to the “SHIPPING FEE POLICY”, the Management of Kenzuqi shall post a notice to inform the shoppers and buyers on https://www.kenzuqi.com.my/.

     

     

    (D) PROMOTION & DISCOUNTS POLICY

    1. All promotions and discounts policies, terms and conditions are subject to changes under the sole discretion of the Management of Kenzuqi.
    2. The latest promotions and discounts and/or any changes to the terms and conditions related to promotions or discounts shall be updated on https://www.kenzuqi.com.my/ from time to time, as and when it is required.
    • All FREE GIFTS mentioned in products description is subject to availability while stocks last, if buyer concerning about free gift, please enquire before place order.
    • All sales are final unless the item is defective upon receipt.
    • Customer satisfaction is always our priority and please contact us first if you meet any problems with your order before you leave negative feedback. We will assist you to ensure your complete satisfaction.
    • Please take note that warranty does not cover:
      • Damages to item done deliberately or improper handling of it.
      • Damages to products caused by either impact, liquid, sand or insect, natural disaster and act of God. Modifying, repairing the product without written consent.
    • If there is defect on the items you receive or we send you the wrong items, please kindly contact us within 3 working days and deliver back to us within 7 working days.
    • Please keep the packaging well and return the goods as a whole.
    • We offer 7 working days return period, with buyer paying the return postage.
    • We will not be responsible if your shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit. However customer may claim the compensation for the relevant delivery company.
    • Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund or replacement within 7 business days after the confirmation.
    • Policy on Out-of-Stock Items
      • Scenario 1:
        • All the products were in stock when your order was confirmed, but after your payment was confirmed, one of the products in your order went out of stock.
        • In this case we will contact you and we may ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will ship it to you immediately once the next shipment of stock arrives or we will refund to you for those items out of stock.
      • Scenario 2:
        • The product was already out of stock when you made the order.
        • In this case we will ship all products in the order only when the new stock for the out of stock product arrives However, in some situations we might ship the products that are available first.
